任仕达日前宣布，该公司已经通过旗下任仕达创新基金投资荷兰的人力资源管理平台Crunchr。

据了解，任仕达创新基金（Randstad Innovation Fund，RIF）成立于2014年3月，专注于投资人力资源领域的技术型企业。创新基金的投资目标是那些正处于早期扩张阶段并与任仕达发展战略相一致的企业，通过与风险投资基金或其他投资者合作，收购多家企业的一部分股权，每项投资额约在50万欧元（合69万美元）至500万欧元（合690万美元）之间。先后已经投资了Gigwalk、twago、RolePoint、VONQ、Qandidate.com、Brazen、Checkster等人力资源行业企业。

Randstad Innovation Fund Invests in HR Reporting Platform
Randstad Innovation Fund has announced that it has invested in Netherlands-based HR management platform Crunchr, by Focus Orange Technology B.V.

“Crunchr fits Randstad’s objective to offer comprehensive total talent management solutions. We have high expectations of Crunchr's HR analytics application and the possibilities for our customers to gain insight into human capital and workforce," Linda Galipeau, CEO North America, said.

The Randstad Innovation Fund is building a portfolio of early-stage HR technology investments. The fund has invested in 7 portfolio companies since its launch in March 2014 including Checkster, RolePoint, RiseSmart, Brazen, VONQ/Qandidate, twago and Gigwalk. The size of the fund is around €50 million, and it’s making four to five investments per year with investments are typically sized between €1 million and €5 million.
